Neil A. Goro
Principal Attorney
Neil connects with his clients in ways most other attorneys can’t. As a former business owner and startup founder outside of law practice, he understands the daily stress his clients endure. His goal is to help alleviate some of that stress caused by neglected legal practices and required legal action.
From entity formation to the sale or acquisition of a business, Neil takes extra time to ensure his clients not only understand the undertakings, but are comfortable with the legal process.
Neil is a litigator turned corporate attorney and approaches his work in a cautious and conservative manner. In Neil’s eyes, your business is his business.
Neil received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. While attending school, Neil served on the Student Senate for two terms and authored the legislation establishing the university’s first Multicultural Student Center. Neil received his Jurisdoctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Neil began his legal career in litigation with a specialty practice in automotive products liability class actions. Neil’s highly publicized cases included an engine defect case against BMW of North America, LLC with a class settlement valued at $365 million dollars. Following the settlement of that case, Neil became an entrepreneur, co-founding Modern Carbon Fiber, LLC, an automotive carbon fiber company. Neil then transitioned his practice to corporate law with the purpose of providing legal counsel to other business owners.
Neil is licensed in the State of Texas and has been admitted to practice law in the Federal District courts for the Western District of Texas and the Eastern District of Arkansas.
